I had pain in my upper stomach area and bloating. The pain would come on gradually and hurt by evening. Every single day. Sometimes it was so painful I couldn’t even stand. I went to doctors who tested me for celiac and a handful of other things but they came up negative. I was thinking I had IBS. But then I came here! Dr. Bell tested me and treated me for several things. Even from the first treatment I saw a major difference. The bloating was gone! And now I feel normal again!

Ozone and Prp treatment- For a little more context I am 17 and a couple of months ago I was carried into Dr.Bell's office because I broke my L4 back in 2023 and every doctor I saw since then said something like "I'm not sure why you're hurting here's a steroid shot but there's nothing I can really do for you". I tried PT Epidural shots steroids both oral and injections, nothing helped. When I came here I was desperate for any relief. They delivered. I was having an issue with what felt like either a hernia or a pulled muscle. My primary care physician determined it wasn't a hernia, and recommended waiting until it got worse before doing anthing further. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Bell's for some time and I usually tagalong with her to those visits. At one of those recent visits, she mentioned my issue to Dr. Bell, who then did a quick check himself and said it was most likely my ligaments and hip cartilage. We have had a wonderful experience coming here! My daughter struggled with moderate to severe eczema and I tried all the different treatments for her. A family member recommended Dr. Bell and we started allergy treatments with him. Her eczema has almost completely cleared! STEM CELLS UPDATE. Stem cells in Mexico vs PRP in Utah.... You will want to read to the end if you are curious about this treatment and feel like you may need this or know someone who would benefit from this. Most of you have seen me post about my trips to Mexico to see Dr Pepe for stem cell treatments. He is the best and the treatments have been nothing short of a miracle. After both of my shoulders returned to 100% health and strength after the stem cell treatment, my shoulder was doing so good, I over did it in the gym a few months ago and strained my left shoulder. I woke up back in June with pain down my lower left back and leg. It was so severe I couldn’t bend, put pants on the normal one, I couldn’t sit, only stay on my feet all day since pain wasn’t terrible if only standing. I was miserable! I suffered for a month without medical help hoping this would all go away. It didn’t! In fact it was worse to the point I thought I would be bed ridden. I was at a family party when everyone noticed I wouldn’t sit and was walking with pain. I was told about Dr Bell doing PRP and ozone shots. I had heard about ozone shots but not PRP. I called on Monday and thank goodness got in pretty fast as I was an existing patient from doing acupuncture for a different reason many years ago. What I love the most about seeing Dr Bell again was, one, he remembered me, two, I didn’t need to get an mri for him to know the cause of my pain. He knew by my explanation what the cause of the pain was. I started the PRP shot with doubt my pain would heal, BUT results started showing and I started feeling this up and down healing for the first two weeks. I could believe I was sitting without lower back support and standing slowly still but not with the severe pain I had that needed assistance from others to help me get off the chair. Improvement kept showing after 2-3 shots of ozone. By week 5 I was able to sit as a passenger in my daughter’s car and move her from Utah to Washington state. We drove 10+ hours. My kids thought I wasn’t going to be able to make the drive. We pulled over two times one to gas and one to eat and I walk around to loosen my muscles! We then arrived to my daughter’s apartment and move her belongings to a second floor. They gave me everything light and that didn’t require twisting as I was being very careful of my moves! Worth very penny. I had very bad sciatica and had been dealing with it for awhile until I finally went in. After a week the pain was gone had has not come back at all. Its been 2 years since the treatment and still going stong. Highly recommend.

I am completely blown away how well this product works. It’s unbelievable! The amount of money I’ve saved from not being down and having surgery? I have enjoyed getting to know Dr Bell and his staff. They are all very caring and took the time to get to know and listen to me, whereas other doctors did not. I’ve had digestive issues due to gluten and other food sensitivities for years. But after being treated by Dr Bell, I’ve been amazed! Dr. Bell is 2nd only to Jesus when it comes to miraculous healings! To be serious though, Dr. Bell has been great to work with. Easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. I’ve had chronic wrist pain for over a year. I tried to heal it with PT and steroid injections, but nothing was working. I have has amazing results at this location. Dr Bell has been wonderful, patient and kind. This my last chance as I’d been told they would not do surgery on my back due to a few factors. I visited Aspire Health after I herniating a disc in my lower back. I was a little nervous and skeptical about getting PRP shot, but made the decision to try it out. In less than two months I went from only sleeping 2-3 hours a night due to sever back pain to sleeping through the night with barely noticeable pain.
